Effective and last updated: October 18, 2026. These terms govern your use of Rawabit, developed by Mohammed Saer (the “Developer”). Read them with the Privacy Policy. By using the app after these terms are made available, you accept them to the extent permitted by applicable law.

1. The app and eligibility

Rawabit saves and organizes links locally, with collections, notes, tags, favorites, search, and user-initiated link sharing. The current app has no accounts, public content feed, Developer-operated library hosting, advertising, subscriptions, or in-app purchases. You must have legal capacity to accept these terms or obtain a guardian’s or legal representative’s consent where required. No single age threshold overrides your local law.

2. License and acceptable use

You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the app for lawful personal or internal business purposes. Do not use it to violate laws, others’ rights or privacy, or security protections. Do not copy, redistribute, or modify the app in ways that infringe its owners’ rights. Legal exceptions and rights granted by open-source component and font licenses remain available.

3. Intellectual property and your content

Rights in the app, its branding, and components remain with their respective owners. Saving a URL or writing a note does not transfer ownership to the Developer or license publication or sale of your content. Saving or previewing a third-party link grants no additional rights in its content. Respect content owners’ rights when copying or sharing.

4. Your local library

Your library, preferences, and preview images are stored locally. Rawabit does not provide Developer-operated library synchronization or server restoration. Removing data, losing a device, or some system changes may cause data loss. Keep important links through a method suitable for you. Operating-system backups and transfers depend on your settings and provider’s terms; the Developer does not guarantee recovery. The Privacy Policy explains preview files that may remain after deleting a bookmark and how to remove local data completely.

5. Previews and external websites

The app may automatically contact linked websites and their image sources for previews, including in the background after saving. Links may open in an external browser or app. Those providers have their own terms and policies, and content may change or become unavailable. A link or preview is not the Developer’s endorsement or a guarantee of accuracy or safety. Assess sources before relying on them. Network or roaming charges may apply under your provider’s agreement.

6. Sharing

You choose what URL to copy or share and its destination through your device’s tools. Review the URL, its recipient, and any private information within it. Receiving providers handle shared information under their own policies. Rawabit has no public user-content feed or Developer-managed user accounts.

7. Updates, stopping use, and changes

Updates may improve features or address technical or security issues. Compatibility requirements may change and support for older versions may end. You may stop using the app at any time; retain important links before removing it. Any future paid feature will be clearly presented before you choose to purchase it; these terms alone create no payment obligation. Changes to these terms will include an effective date, appropriate notice of material changes, and consent where legally required.

8. Responsibility and protected rights

Technical errors or interruptions may occur. Compatibility with every device and continued availability of external websites cannot be guaranteed. Each party’s liability depends on applicable law and the circumstances. Nothing excludes mandatory consumer rights, warranties, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or requires you to indemnify the Developer for the Developer’s own fault or unlawful conduct.

9. Applicable law and contact

Applicable law governs these terms, and disputes fall within the courts competent under that law, without limiting mandatory rights of legal redress. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining enforceable provisions continue under applicable law.
